Day 42 of my 6am/become and early riser challenge, is going pretty God damn well. I will obviously have to admit though, that despite waking up at 6am I do feel like this past week and a half has not been as productive as I'd hoped, I have a lot on my mind, a lot on my plate and that is causing me to become rather lazy and put off a bunch of different things. I am trying my best to stay a float and to keep up with my to-do lists that I set up the nigh before each of my day starts. Honestly, journaling is truly helping me to see and keep up with how productive I am and am not being. I do it for about 3 minutes before bed to plan my next day, and I do it again for another 3 minutes after I've woken up to remind myself of my priorities of the day and to stay in tune and in line with my tasks and the results that I would like to achieve. By waking up at 6 this still gives me a ton of extra time to work on myself, and it's really been helping me to create an amazing, self caring morning routine that I just would not have been able to create if I was still waking up at, God knows what time.
Now, saying this the waking up at 6am is going really good, and I do feel like I have more time, and I honestly feel more refreshed and like I have a better day. I also feel that I fill more put together and grown up by waking up early and getting on with my morning, it makes me feel like I got my life together despite still having quite a lot to work on. So, all in all I feel like I'm doing okay and that it is definitely one step closer to a more put together and productive life. The thing I really have to work on right now, in order to make this challenge as effective as possible and to gain as much from this as I can, is staying motivated when it comes to working on my personal carreer (List Girl Stuff), and when it also comes to reading and writing. I say this because, the reason why I started this Early Riser Challenge in the first place was to have more time in the day, to be healthier, to feel refreshed throughout the day, to be more organised, to be more productive and excel in my future career, and to stay in control of my life. And, so far, I'm on day 42 and I've only got a few of those things under raps. I have more time, I feel healthier, I feel refreshed, and I'm organised, but, I've pretty much always been organised in some ways, and so, I still have other benefits that I would like to get from this but I feel like the rest of my life is getting in the way and knocking my motivation. Therefore, I need a game plan:

Game Plan:
1. After writing my to do list - number each task so that I have an order to follow.
2. Highlight tasks in terms of priority (I'll need a key for this - saying this, the colour red makes me anxious when it comes to tasks or something I NEED to do, so I'll probably us orange to represent my highest priority tasks).
3. Eliminate distractions.
4. Force myself to follow through with the plan, whether I want to or not. The term "I'll do it later" no longer exists!
Let's see how this goes, as usual I will keep you updated and let you know in 2 weeks time how I am doing. I hope you all have a wonderful week.
